Vrushabhaasura daily worshipped Sri Narasimha Saaligraama with great devotion. At the time of offering flowers, with a sword he used to cut off his head and offer to Sri Hari. Again the head joined his body after the Pooja, He did like this for five thousand years. He also performed Ugra Tapa. Swami Sri Hari became pratyaksha. Asked Vrushuba what do you want, what ever you ask I will fulfill. Vrushabhaasura said, I wish to fight with you ! Why do you like to fight with me?  I will impart even Moksha. But Vrushabha desired only this and nothing more.

On the auspicious of Chaaturmaasya Deeksha we devotees of Mantralaya Desirous of  TAPTAMUDRAADHAARANA by our H.H. Sri Subudhendrateertharu.

Vrushabha thought that Swami will definitely give Mukti. At the time of fighting with Narayana will definitely kill him with Chakra. The mere touch of Chakra of Saakshaat Vishnu  Vrushabha will definitely acquire Moksha Mukti. We always aspire and  take from our Paramahamsaru of our Matha the Tapta Mudraadhaarana to attain purity. So here Vrushaasura  desired the fighting so that he will get direct touch of Swami's Chakra and Mukti is sure certain. VENKATACHALA was called as Vrushabhaachala.

The Shraavana Bahula Dwiteeya  event is carved like an inscription in the heart of our devotees. Amazed to look at Sri Shankukarnaru's Manukuloddhaara Avataara of :

Sri Prrahalaraja -  Sri Bahleekaraja - Sri Vyasaraja and Sri Raghavendrateertharu. The Anugraha is echoing in the world and thee devotion is overflowing like a fountain in the heart of our devotees. Devotees feel and try to experience through Anusandhaana that they are taking the holy dip in Tungabhadra, all the Gods Punya Aavaasa Nivaasa is the Bhavya Divya Neela Brindavana in Mantralaya. Owing to the Aradhana of Ibharamapura Sri Appavaru on Shraavana Shukla Trateeya I wish to describe the divine personality of Ibharamapura Sri Krishnaryaru - popularly called and known as Appavaru. Ibharamapura is very near to Mantralaya. Blessed by Guru Sri Dronacharyaru's son Chiranjeevi Sri Ashwathhamacharyaru. Ibharamapura Appavaru a great Aparokshagnyani - Gnyani.

As many times as possible Appavaru has performed the Sudha Paathha Pathhana Parrayana and Pravachana Mangala of Sri Jaiteertha Teekakrutpadaru's Sudha:

SUDHAA PATHHANEEYAA VAA PAATHNEEYAA

This is the saying among Madhwa scholars. Owing to Sudha Bhakti the entire body of Appa was always spreading the fragrance. Devotees experienced that where ever Appa is there we can feel the smell of fragrance of perfume. Even the room was filled with fragrance when Appa has appeared in the dream of the devotee. This is the Saadhana of  Sudha Paanditya - Sadaachaara Bhakti of our Mantralaya Rayaru's Bhakta Shiromani  Ibharamapura  Sri  Appavaru. We are amazed to this great knowledge. Above all very dear dear to Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertharu. Every day Appa was coming to Mantralaya from Ibharamapura riding the horse, which Appa liked. Fond of Rayara Darshana and providing the comforts and the necessities to the Sevaarthhis in Mantralaya. This was the routine of Appavaru. Suppose one day Appavaru did not come to Mantralaya, the very next day Rayaru himself went to Ibharamapura. Rayaru appeared in the dream of the Sevaarthhis that tomorrow he will be in Mantralaya only in  the afternoon as he will be visiting Ibharamapura. Sri Sudharmendrateertharu the 30th. Pontiff of our Moolamahasamsthhaana Rayara Matha was the contemporary of Appa and very cordial relations. Sri Ganeshabhattaru was the purvashrama name of our 30th. Pontiff Paramahamsa Sri Sudharmendrateertharu. One day Appa told to Sri Ganeshabhattaru that Ganeshabhattare daily you are doing Namaskara to me. Tomorrow on wards  I have to perform Namaskara to you. That day in the evening Sri Ganeshabhattaru received  a telegram from Sri Sugnyanedrateertharu the 29th. pontiff from Nanjanagud to START IMMEDIATELY. Next day he reached and became the Uttaraadhikari  accepted Sanyasa as Sri Sudharmendrateertha Paramahamsaru by Sri Sugnyanendrateertharu. Appavaru Satyavaakyaru Siddhasnkloaru.

Now I wish to share a Miracle of Sri Raghavendrateertharu and Sri Vadeendrateertharu. Rayara Bhaktaagresara Surpur Sri Anandadasaru sat for Japa Anushthhaana at the sacred Sannidhaana of Sri Panchamukhi Praanadevaru in Gaanadhal. One day looked at the panchanga and surprised to know Aradhana of Rayaru is from tomorrow only. Soon he reached the bank of Tungabhadra to cross and looked for the local boatman. Tungabhadra was in spate, overflowing fully flodded touching all the sides of the bank. Met the boatman he said, Tungamma is in full spate overflowing terribly. If we travel by boat we are sure to be drowned. But Sri Anandadasaru pleaded that every year without fail attending the Aradhana Utsava. This year I should not miss. Somehow I have to reach Mantralaya and attend. The boatman owing to the request and the oressure of Dasaru agreed to put the boat in the river Tungabhadra. After sailing a little owing to the spate the boat was shaking left and right and the water filled in the boat. Boatman was struggl ng hard. Sri Anandadasaru closing his eyes chanting the Gurustotra with utmost devotion. The boatman cried Buddhi everything is over !Dasaru opened the eyes and became terribly upset. Prayed to Rayaru CHANTING THE STOTRA LOUDLY:

Completely involved in worldly affairs. At this juncture Rayare please protect me the boat is about to be drowned soon. Immediately Anadadasaru and boatman saw that two persons were standing on the other side of the bank of Mantralaya and threw a long rope to the boat side. Within no time the boatman tied the rope to the boat. The two persons simply pulled the boat and brought the boat to the bank. With gratitude Anandadasaru  said you have saved our lives, may I KNOW YOUR NAME PLEASE. THEY SAID MY NAME IS RAGHAPPA AND HIS NAME IS VAADAAPPA. Flashed immediately to that these two persons are Sri Raghavendrateertharu and Sri Vaadeendrateertharu personally came and saved me. Anandadasaru with  great gratitude, respect and regard  came forward to all on the feet, but the two persons already disappeared within no time.

Slowly reviewing the incidents one by one Anandadasaru climbed the steps of the north gate of the Matha. At that time there were about 10-12 steps. Ibharamapura Appa was standing in the corner near at the Mahadwaaraa. As soon as Appa saw Anandadasaru, immediately came near and said loudly Dasare Welcome to Mantralaya, Today you have escaped from Apamrutyu by the Paramaanugraha of our Mantralaya  kind Yatiraat Gururaat Sri Raghavendrateertha Gurusarvabhoumaru and Sri Vaadeendrateertharu. Let  us go for Darshana. In front of Rayaru and Sri Vaadeendrateertharu Anandadasaru wept like a child shedding tears,  Prabho you are too kind, along with Sri Vaadeendrateertharu pulled the rope and safely landed the boat.
