A miracle of Mantralaya Raghavendra Teertharu during PADA YATRA - devotees going to Mantralaya by walk, is described here in the form of poem
 

Meaning

Satvikas prefer Mantralaya yatra by walk. Mantralaya Yatra alone will fetch the punya of doing all the yatras.Our Dasas have whole heartedly sung in their songs and it is really true. Though buses,trains and other vehicular facilities are amply available, devotees day by day prefer going to Mantralaya by walk.With devotion, chanting the Guru Stotra of Shree Appannacharya, doing bhajana in groups they go.It is really a good scene of devotion to look at and bow to Mantralaya. They take few days to reach Mantralaya, full day walk  right from sunrise to sunset. They halt in a place in the afternoon and accept the food. Devotees will be waiting for them to receive and perform anna santarpana.They feel that actually by the
prerana of Shree Rayaru they are procceding to Mantralaya and do their hospitality with kind and care.This is agrreable to Shree Hari Vayu and Rayaru and to the norms of Bhagavata.

Likewise Once a group of devotees on Pada Yatra to Mantralaya, on the way they stayed in the afternoon in the field of Shri Bhujangabhat Joshi just on the road of Soodi, Taluka Ron & District Dharwar. They all took rest owing to the hot sun drank water and all sat under the Margisa tree. In that field, Sri Veerupakshabhat Joshi, father of Sri Bhujangabhat desired to construct a temple of  Lord Shiva, Ganapati and Chidambar Swamy. With all that imagination and ideas, he was actually wandering in the field. He saw the devotees of Mantralaya Rayaru sitting under the tree. Sri Veerupakshabhat came near the devotees and requested them to have the meals in his house.Devotees told him that Rayaru asked them to sit in your field, so we are sitting here and taking rest. They all agreed and went to Soodi and had food in his house. Sri Rambhat Joshi, father of Sri Veerupakshabhat and all the family members offered a nice hospitality to the devotees of pada yatra group. Our Rayaru accepted the hospitality of Soodi Panchanga Kartas (Makers of Panchanga).Devotees then continued their padayatra.

The field where devotees took rest during padayatra , is now today a big temple – where Chidambara Ashrama,
Yagnavalkya Ashrama etc.. are functioning. Yajana-Yaajana, Japa-Tapa, Patha Shala, helping the people, protection and propagation of Vedas and culture are going on today continuously.

Sri Bhujangabhat told me that this is all due to the blessings of Mantralaya Rayaru. My joy knew no bounds.
