It is a signal to welcome the Gods and the signal to the evil forcesto run away from the house.

Suddenly Appanaru heard the shocking news. Without any delay started his journey from Bichali to Mantralaya! Crossed the river though Tungabhadra was in full spate! Remebering his Guru Sri Raghavendrateertharu with affection and greatest regard began to pronounce the Gurustotra owing to Aashukavitva. The moment he reached Mantralaya saw the Brindavana. Appanacharyaru was Pronouncing the below shloka

Owing to the greatest love and devotional ecstasy Appanaru could not continue the stotra, fell in front of Rayaru’s Brindavana. At that time Rayaru completed the stotra PRONIUNCED FROM THE CAVE GARBHAALAYA BELOW THE BRINDAVANA : SAAKSHEE HAYAASYO ATR HEE!

with affection and completed the Stotra. What all you have told in Gurustotra are true and quite agreeable to our Sri Hayagreeva Roopi Sri Hari and Hayagreeva Swami himself is a great witness. What more is required than this! At that time AS PER THE DAILY ROUTINE Sri Raghavendrateertharu was engaged in the Japa of our Sri Hayagreeva Mantra. We are simply amazed to know the abundant love and affection towards Sri Appanacharyaru. The gathered devotees there at that time simply praised with over joy and expressed their happiness and gratitude
