Sri Raghavedrateertha Gurusarvabhoumara Janmotsava is meticulously described in Sri Raghavendra Vijaya by Sri Rayaru’s purvashrama sister Venkatamba and Madhurai Sri Laxminarayanacharyaru’s son  son Sri Narayannacharyaru:

On the day of Phaalguna shuddha Saptami the most auspicious day in all respects shubha nakshatra, shubhakarana, shubhayoga on this sacred day  early in the morning Sri Veena Timmannabhattaru’s wife Gopikamba gave birth to a male child – the child is the incarnation saakaara of the Anugraha of Tirumala Sri Srinivasadevaru. Gopamma gave birth to the child, respected regarded and praised by all the Dwijaraaja means sadaachaari  Vipras Brahmins. just as the East gave birth to the Moon,

On Shashthhi  evening only the senior well wisher ladies came to know the indication  of  the delivery pains ! Early morning at 5:00am Phalguna shukla Saptami,  the senior ladies accompanied Antaragraha along with Gopamma. Timmannabhattaru got up early, finished the bath, Sandhyavandana, Aahneeka While going just told Gururaja to look at the house and rushed to the nearest temple of Bhuvanagiri. Prayed and completed the storas and soon returned to his house. At that morning hours Sri Veena Timmannabhattaru experienced a great miracle that the clouds are all covered everywhere.  Saw two Paarijaat trees of 12 feet in height, right and left of the house near the walls. Suddenly disappeared, just pushed the doors, amazed to look that the yard is full of Paarijaata flowers. Spread every where. All the good omens proved fruitful and the joy of Timmannabhattaru knew no bonds ! With all care pushing the flowers walked and climbed the steps of the hall(Padasaale). Gururaja seeing his father reported with joy that brother is born to him.  Amazed to witness the Paramaanugraha of Sri Hari.

 Paarijaata flowers blossom during this Phalgunamaasa for two weeks even today, only in the house of Mantralaya Rayaru and in the house of  sadaachari Mantralaya devotees. We can say that this is the Anugraha and the Mahima of Mantralaya Rayaru! What more is required in life more than this! Offered gratitude to Kulaswami Tirumala  Sri Srinivasadevaru and did saashtaanga there only in the house, Timmannabhattaru could not control the tears of joy and devotion! Even to this day the Vastra of Tirumala Swami comes to Mantralaya on the Jamotsava day. Jyotishyaru said the horoscope is super, Gnyana Bhakti Pratibha Paanditya are all the abundant Blessings of Sri Hari. Too extraordinary in all respects  Daivamsha Sambhoota. Naming ceremony took place as VENKATANATHARU. Child started crawling in the house Sri Raghavendravijayakaararu described
