The basic idea is  SARVE JANAAHA SUKHINO BHAVANTHU.

This is practically the ANUSANDHAANA of SRI HARISARVOTTAMA   VAYUJEEVOTTAMA  HARA VAISHNAVOTTAMA.

The blossoming of human cordiality, kind harmony and the broad outlook of our Paramahamsarus and Sri Varadedrateertharu’s love of Lingasugur are described in Mantralaya(730).

Meaning

Mantralaya 730 Series the total of 730 becomes 10 (Ten – Dasha). I feel that this 730  Series is the Samarpana of Tulasee dala to our Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertha Gurusarvabhoumaru’s sacred Dasopanishttu  :

The greatest devotee of our Mantralaya Rayaru Bichali Japadakatti Sri Appanacharyaru has rightly described in Sri Raghavendra Mangalashtaka’s seventh shloka. The nature’s work. The Sun the Moon, the rain and the wind are so prompt, accurate and punctual that silently perform their part of duty meticulously and do not expect any gratitude from anybody as per the  Sankalpa ,Will and Wish of  our Sarvottama Sri Hari. Aashaadha has just begun. On the auspicious day of PRATHHAMAIKADASHI  Mantralaya devotees are desirous and anxious to take TAPTAMUDRAADHAARANA from our Parama Poojya Sri Subudhendrateertharu to acquire purity, punya and Sankalpa Siddhi of Sri MoolaRamadevaru. Devotees are greatly Anugraheetaru by our Mantralaya Prabhu and Sri Subudhendrateertharu,  as this day is the Upaasana of Sri Hari and popular as HARIDINA. The greatness of devotion and Mahima of Sri Hari is widely described in Mahabhaarata  Ramayana Bhagavadgeeta and Bhaagavata. The essence of Sri Harisarvottama is manifested through the unimaginable imaginative brush ( PRATIBHAAKUNCHA) of our Great Paramahamsaryaru

This leads to Surrender our God Sri Harisarvottama who is Sarvashakta Sarvatra Sarvatantra Swatantra, worship and pray. Acharya Sri Anandateertha Bhagavatpadacharyaru has described the Panchabheda and Taaratamya in detail. In this regard the Advice of  Sri Anandateertharu was well spread through the writings of Teekas and Tippanis  by Sri Teekakrutpaadaru  and Sri Raghavendrateertha Gurusarvaryaru. Tolerance towards other religions and kind harmony  of all the sajjanas is praise worthy. We can say that our Mantralaya Rayaru is the Pioneer of Dharma Samanvaya, Harikaararu and Saakaararu. It is heartening to know the all the royal signs to our Mantralaya Rayara Matha were all presented by the Sultans of Bijapur. Sri Raghavendrateertharu decided to sit for Deergha Akhanda Japa of Sri Hari below the Bhavya Divya Neela Brindavana. Sri Vayu Aavesha Rayaru is immensely Blessed by Sri Narahari.  After dragging the Koormaasana of the Cave Guha Rayaru said rightly straight on my head the Brindavana will be placed, first SEVEN HUNDRED SRI LAXMINARAYANA SAALIGRAAMAS ARE TO BE WELLPLACED. Rayaru asked Diwan Venkanna to bring them through the Nawab of Adoni SIDDIMASOODAKHAN. Hearing this news from Venkanna Nawab called his brother-in-law, wife’s brother who was also the commander in chief and immediately ordered him to go to  Nepal and bring them on camels. They asked to our Rayaru, we are the Muslims is it alright to bring the Sacred Saaligraamas  that too not one but  700. Rayaru said nothing will happen. You tie them all in KRISHNAJINA(THE SKIN OF THE DEER). So after reaching Nepal searched straight away he went to the river  GANDAKI and searched for the sacred SRI LAXMINARAYANA SAALIGRAMAS as sample was shown already. Though Rayaru said only 700 Saligramaas as a symbol of staying for 700 years in Mantralaya as per the sankalpa of Sri Hari Sri MoolaRama Sri Narahari Sri Manthhaana Krishna Sri Vedavyasaru and  Acharya Sri MadhwaryAcharyaru, looking 702 said you have done the god thing. One towards  the devotion of Adoni Nawab and the other one for the noble seva of Diwan Venkanna. So all the 702 should be installed in Brindavana. We are amazed to know that how Rayaru cares all the devotees. Another important thing is that on the roof of Garbhaalaya Mantapa on the top amidst the design of leaves the symbol of Mosque a Minar is made as per the direction of our Mantralaya Rayaru. The kind and harmonious action of Sri Raghavendrateertha Gurusarvabhoumaru has magnified the status of our great Sri Hamsanaamaka Paramatma’s  Saakshaat Parampara of  Jagadguru Sri MannMadhwacharyaru’s Moolamahasamsthhaana Vidya Matha  Mantralaya Rayara Matha.  This is clearly visible to this universe the magnanimity and the affection of Manukula of o r Mantralaya Rayaru. This is the highest love and magnanimity of our Rayaru - Mantralaya Sri Raghavendraswamiji’s Matha Rayara Matha Vidya Matha. Sondur Sri Krishnavadhootaru parama bhaktaru of Rayaru has described in SRI RAGHAVENDRATANTRA, while lighting the eight ghee neerajina deepas  the ASHTAKSHARI OF RAYARU is popular and famous as Neerajinashtakastotra.

All the devotees are in your Seva, Pooja, Upaasana and Aaradhana as per their capacity and devotion. You are too kind that even you accept the Seva of Mulim devotees and Blessing them. So I light now the sixth Neerajina deepam. Not only the Hindus and Brahmins but also Muslims and Christians are the devotees of our Mantralaya Rayaru. No discrimination of religion, caste, creed, nation, gender and age. Rayaru is Blessing all abundantly.
 
Bichali Japadakatti Sri Appanacharyaru has  already described in the third Mangalashtaka Shloka before Avadhootaru composed Tantra.

Aparokshagnyani 24th Yativarya Sri Varadendrateertharu during Sanchaara visited Manvi Lingasuguru and met Sri Jaganaathadasaru and  Sri Praneshadasaru. Sri Varadendrateertharu  accepted the kind and affectionate hospitality of Sri Praneshadasaru, Just looked towards  the entire house and the surrounding and said ! Praneshadasa you have to give something to our Sri MoolaRamadevaru today ! Dasaru said Guruvarya the whole is yours, you can take whatever you want to our Sri MeoolaRamadeva  looking at the back yard of the house where there was a haystack Sri Varadendrateertharu said you have to give me only that haystack area! Praneshadasaru performed Sankalpa to donate that spot to Swamiji.  Next day Swamij’s Sanchar moved to Pune !  Won the mansion like house of Sri Krishnashastri in the debate of Dwaita Adwaita, luckily Sri Jayaramacharyaru(later Si Dheerendrateertharu ) also joined in debate at that time. That house became the Rayara Matha. Later attained the lotus feet of Sri Hari and Brindavana in Pune.  hat night Sri Varadendrateertharu appeared in the dream of Sri Praneshadasaru and said that now I am in your house below the haystack. Felt happy and  awaited the dawn and cleared the haystack to a different place. Amazed to see the nicely grown Tulasi tree there. Swami you desired to reside here! HOW LUCKY I AM! pronounced Praneshadasaru. This is the Bhaktaanugraha Prema of our Mantralaya  Sri Raghavendrateerthaswamiji’s Rayara Math’’s Paramahamsaryaru. The Mahima of our Paramahamsaryaru  is  abundant and Akshaya !  words fall short to describe the greatness of our Yativarenyarus. Sri Varadendrateertharu’s Brindavana Pratishthhaapana at that holy spot and regular pooja Hastodaka are in Progress even today.
