Meaning

On the first day of Chaitra Shuddha Pratipada, Hemalambinaama Samvastara began. We all celebrate the NEW YEAR’S DAY AS YUGAD.I  The grandeur and the devotion towards our Sri MoolaRamadevaru in  Mantralaya is really superb.  SRI RAMANAVARATROTSAVA started at the punyakara sannidhaana of our Rayaru. Bhaktipurassara Sevaaraadhana Nandaadeepotsava Special poojas in Mantralaya to our Aardadhya Adhidaiva Sri MoolaRamadevaru by our beloved Peethhaadhipati  Parama Poojya Sri Subudhendrateertharu. Mantralaya devotees joy and devotion knew no bonds ! Sri Raghavendrateertha Gurusarvabhoumaru for the benefit and the convenience of the devotees did the rachana of vast and wide  SRI RAMAYANA only in 12 Shlokas without leaving a single incident. The Saaraswataloka is amazed to the devotion, knowledge, imagination and the rich vocabulary of our Rayaru. We are surrendered samarpita to our Rayaru. Looking at the sublime of paanditya and Pratibha our Sri Narayanacharyaru the author of SRI RAGHAVENDRA VIJAYA described:

The wordings of  Sri Narayanacharyaru are really true - Nitya !  Satya !   It is highly impossible to anybody to describe Our Sri Raghavendrateertha Gurusarvabhoumaru’s manifold and multifarious qualities of  Gnyana Bhakti Vairaagya Tapasya and the power of  Anugraha - liberal Blessings. But even then I wish to describe the greatness and the Mahima of our Rayaru with the Anugraha of our Rayaru.

During this  Sri Ramanavaratri Saptaha Mantralaya  devotees are engaged in the Pathhana and the Paaraayana of all the 12 Shlokas of  Sri Ramachaaritrya Manjari. The offering of wet dal Kosambari  - Hesaru Bele Kosambari  -Paanaka cold  juice of baked Mangoes. Sumangalees offer  Hoovu Veelya owing to the auspicious of  Sri Chaitragouri Pooje complete for one month  Maasaparyanta Dampati Pooja Prapaadaana areall the special features of the celebrations of  Chaitra Chetana. Our tradition and culture are too soothing and comfortable as per the climatic variations certain things are followed.

We cannot find such a great magnanimous saint in this universe. One more speciality  of our Rayaru is broad mindedness. Never thinks that if I give Darshana to the devotees other than brahmins, my purity is lost ! We have seen how Rayaru gave Pratyaksha Darshana to Sir Thomas Munro and interacted with him in English.
